Tailormade Travels was founded after years of hands-on experience in the field as professional tour guides. This background gave us a clear, real-world understanding of how travel truly works — beyond itineraries — and what it takes to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience on the ground.

With academic expertise in geography and history, we bring added depth and context to every journey we design, combining knowledge with practical insight.

Alongside leisure travel, we have extensive experience in organizing travel for seafarers, where precision, flexibility, and reliability are essential. Building on this foundation, we established our business travel division in 2026, offering structured, efficient solutions for corporate clients, including trade fair coordination and complex itineraries.

Dean is the founder and director of Tailormade Travels, leading the company with a clear focus on thoughtful, detail-driven journeys. A Master’s graduate in History and a licensed tour guide, he combines academic knowledge with extensive on-the-ground experience to design meaningful and well-crafted travel experiences. Drawing on his background, Dean brings depth, context, and precision to every itinerary, ensuring each journey is not only seamless, but truly enriching.

Sonja Tudor Brajković

Founder and Travel Advisor

Sonja shapes itineraries with a strong sense for atmosphere, local culture, and pacing, ensuring every journey feels personal, balanced, and quietly memorable. A geographer by profession and a licensed tour guide, she brings both knowledge and on-the-ground experience into every trip she designs. Where to begin. Dean is awesome. Punctual, kind, informative and accommodating. He picked us up at our hotel, took us to Motovun Forest for truffle hunting, then to Motovun town to eat, drink, and explore.
